The Dermot Hughes Car Sales Rated Novice Hurdle of €20,000 (Generously sponsored by Dermot Hughes Car Sales) Of which the second will receive €4,000, the third €2,000, the fourth €1,000 and the fifth €500 A novice hurdle race for four yrs old and upwards which at entry are rated 120 or less over hurdles (also open to horses rated 121-130) About two miles and four furlongs €140 to enter, €40 extra if declared to run Weights: 4-y-o 10st 6lb 5-y-o and up 11st Penalties - Performances before 7th June - for every 1lb above the rating of 120 1lb extra On or after 7th June - for each hurdle race won 4lb extra N.B. Horses that have not run three times over hurdles and/or do not have a published handicap hurdle rating may enter and run at the discretion of the handicapper provided their performances are rated 130 or less.
