Horses which receive a published weight of 9st 9lb or less will be entitled to a 50% reduction in entry fee. Should they be declared to run they will then become liable for the full amount of the cost to run. Punchestown Racecourse and Event Centre will present a trophy of no intrinsic value to the winning owner.
