The Roscommon Rated Hurdle of €16,000 Of which the second will receive €3,200, the third €1,600, the fourth €800 and the fifth €400 A hurdle race for four yrs old and upwards which at entry are rated 113 or less (also open to horses rated 114-123) About two miles and 25 yds €112 to enter, €32 extra if declared to run Weights: 4-y-o 10st 10lb 5-y-o and up 11st Penalties - Performances before 30th August - for every 1lb above the rating of 113 1lb extra On or after 30th August - for each hurdle race won 4lb extra Riders - Confined to riders who have not ridden more than 10 winners under any National Hunt Rules between 1st September, 2016 and 1st September, 2017. N.B. Horses that have not run three times over hurdles and/or do not have a published handicap hurdle rating may enter and run at the discretion of the handicapper provided their performances are rated 123 or less.
