Riders - Apprentices who are apprenticed to trainers in Ireland only and who have not lost the right to claim the 5lb allowance under Rule 69 Allowances - (up to and including 25th September and which are not cumulative) Apprentices who have not ridden a *winner allowed 7lb Those who have not ridden three *winners allowed 4lb Those who have not ridden twenty *winners allowed 2lb * Including races under any National Hunt Rules
