The Killarney Avenue/Munster Joinery Handicap of €13,500 (Generously sponsored by Killarney Avenue/Munster Joinery) Of which the second will receive €2,295, the third €1,080 and the fourth €675 An extended handicap for three yrs old only (90 = 9st 10lb) Top weight in the original handicap shall not be less than 9st 10lb About one mile and three furlongs €108 to enter, €27 extra if declared to run Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 5lb extra for each race won Note:- Any horse rated above 90 shall initially be treated as having that rating and the highest weight allotted shall be 9st 10lb. Subsequently, the excess over 90 in any rating shall be added to the weight allotted to that horse. Horses which receive a published weight of 8st 3lb or less will be entitled to a 50% reduction in entry fee. Should they be declared to run they will then become liable for the full amount of the cost to run.
