Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declarations shall not be less than 11st 7lb and the minimum weight is 9st 7lb. About one mile and four furlongs €68 to enter, €17 extra if declared to run Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 5lb extra for each race won Riders - Ladies who are Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules and Lady Riders who are members of Fegentri. Note This is a Fegentri Race and there will be 10 International Riders and 1 Irish Rider selected to ride the top 11 horses in the race after the time of declaration. The draw will be made by the Declarations Department of Horse Racing Ireland. The Ladies Qualified Riders Association will present a trophy of no intrinsic value to the winning
