The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Handicap Steeplechase of €15,000 (Generously sponsored by the Irish EBF (€2,500)) Winner will receive €9,000 (Penalty Value: €8,865) Second will receive €3,000 Third will receive €1,500 Fourth will receive €750 Fifth will receive €450 Sixth will receive €300 An extended handicap steeplechase for four years old and upwards that are EBF eligible (116 = 11st 10lbs) Top weight in the original handicap shall not be less than 11st 10lbs About 2 miles 4 furlongs 202 yards Maximum Runners: 16 €105 to enter, €30 extra if declared to run Penalties - Winner of a steeplechase after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each steeplechase won. Horses which receive a published weight of 9st 9lbs or less will be entitled to a 50% reduction in entry fee.
