The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Novice Handicap Hurdle of €14,000 (Generously sponsored by the Irish EBF (€2,000)) Winner will receive €8,400 (Penalty Value: €8,274) Second will receive €2,800 Third will receive €1,400 Fourth will receive €700 Fifth will receive €420 Sixth will receive €280 An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards mares only that have not won a hurdle race before 1st February 2019 that are EBF eligible (116 = 11st 10lbs) Top weight in the original handicap shall not be less than 11st 10lbs About 2 miles Maximum Runners: 16 €98 to enter, €28 extra if declared to run Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each hurdle race won. Horses which receive a published weight of 9st 9lbs or less will be entitled to a 50% reduction in entry fee.
