The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Handicap Hurdle of €25,000 (Generously sponsored by the Irish EBF (€2,500)) Of which the second will receive €5,000, the third €2,500, the fourth €1,250 and the fifth €625 An extended handicap hurdle for four yrs old and upwards mares only that are EBF eligible (116 = 11st 10lb) Top weight in the original handicap shall not be less than 11st 10lb About two miles, two furlongs and 165 yds €200 to enter, €50 extra if declared to run Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap to carry 6lb extra for each hurdle race won. Horses which receive a published weight of 9st 9lb or less will be entitled to a 50% reduction in entry fee. Should they be declared to run they will then become liable for the full amount of the cost to run.
