The AV Direct Apprentice Handicap of €10,500 (Rated 45-65) (Generously sponsored by AV Direct) Of which the second will receive €2,100, the third €1,050, the fourth €525 and the fifth €262.50 An extended handicap for four yrs old and upwards rated 45-65 About one mile and four furlongs €73.50 to enter, €21 extra if declared to run Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 6lb extra for each race won. Riders: Apprentices who are apprenticed to trainers in Ireland only and who have not lost the right to claim the 5lb allowance.
