Riders - Confined to riders who have not ridden more than 10 winners under any National Hunt Rules from 29th April, 2018 to 19th April, 2019 inclusive. Horses which receive a published weight of 9st 9lb or less will be entitled to a 50% reduction in entry fee. Should they be declared to run they will then become liable for the full amount of the cost to run.
