The Royal County Handicap of €40,000 (Premier Handicap) Winner will receive €24,000 (Penalty Value: €23,600) Second will receive €8,000 Third will receive €4,000 Fourth will receive €2,000 Fifth will receive €1,200 Sixth will receive €800 An extended handicap for three years old only that at entry have run two or more times under any Rules of Racing and are eligible for a handicap rating (100 = 9st 12lbs) Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 9st About 1 mile 2 furlongs Maximum Runners: 18 €320 to enter, €80 extra if declared to run Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 6lb extra for each race won.
